Welcome to our beautiful 4 bed villa near Disney. The villa is located in the security gated community of the Manors of Westridge, just on the 27, 4 minutes from the 192 with its abundance of restaurants, shops, nightlife and the gateway to all the attractions! (Disney, Epcot, Universal. Etc) only 10 minutes drive away!

There is also a Publix shopping mall just 2 minutes from the gates of Westridge. See map of villa location. For the golfers, there is an abundance of championship golf courses nearby.

Our villa is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, on a very large corner lot! The villa is south facing which means sun all year round on the pool. The pool backs onto woodland, thus giving total privacy as it is not being overlooked from any angle!!!

Our villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

There are 2 lounges both with televisions. We have a Play Station 2 dvd player and a video recorder!

The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances: cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender, (for all you cocktail needs!) coffee maker, iron, hairdryers etc. the laundry is situated in the garage.

2 master rooms with en suite facilities, one has a king size bed (with television) the other has a Queen size bed.

The other two twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.

The pool has patio furniture and barbecue. A pool cover is supplied for the winter months.

We provide a cot, highchair and stroller free of charge.

We can also provide a welcome pack for a small charge if you are arriving late.
